TrojanDownloader.Zlob Removal: A Complete Guide to Safely Removing all Traces of the Zlob Virus!

TrojanDownloader.Zlob, most commonly called Zlob, is a very destructive downloader trojan that drastically degrades the performance of your computer. The Zlob Trojan bombards your pc with tons of annoying pop-up ads of false windows security applications. Zlob commonly triggers denial of service errors for some sites including Google. Downloader.Zlob targets almost all browsers such as Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, and Opera.

The Zlob Trojan is not easy to remove because it resides in the computer’s memory with an Internet Explorer setup program. Then it nests inside Internet Explorer and your administrative login processes.

It’s hard to stop the administrator logon processes. This is the reason why when you attempt to erase its active DLLs you receive a window reading that the program is in use.

If you are successful in removing pieces of the trojan downloader, it will simultaneously re-upload upon every system restart. The Zlob Trojan will also create a plethora of DLLs generated by eight random upper and lower case letters and symbols which should get detected in your spyware protection software rather than the infected DLL program.

The Zlob Virus includes multiple names. The malware reads keystrokes and logs them to sneak important information from your memory like credit card numbers, social security information, and online passwords. These are the major reasons why the Zlob downloader is one of the notorious means of ID theft online.

How to Conduct a Trojan.Zlob Removal

It is possible to remove Zlob both manually and by buying a Zlob removal tool. The manual removal guide is as follows:

1. Look for Win32 Zlob processes and force-stop them in the Task Manager Window.

2. Unregister and delete the Zlob DLL files.

3. Get rid of all of the problematic folders and files from your hard drive

4. Erase the problematic registry entries from the registry locations below:

a. HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT

b. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE

c. HKEY_CURRENT_USER

d. HKEY_CURRENT_CONFIG

To manually remove the Zlob Virus is very hard and is not recommended due to the fact it can lead to further errors and erroneous registry editing, which may horribly damage your computer.

If you don’t consider yourself a registry pro, then I definitely advise you to download a Zlob removal tool that has been 100 percent guaranteed to delete the threat. I have put together an excellent list of the guaranteed Zlob removal tools here!
